Marcs is at the forefront of Australian fashion, offering quality well made garments ranging from shirts to their baby doll range. Mark Keighery focused his attention on expanding the once dull plain white shirt, through introducing colour and detailing the classical shirt began a fashion statement. Known for producing easy to wear simple, basics, Marcs became an established a trusted brand that appealed to the business man, who wanted a simple fashionable solution. When the sale of Marc was finalized the brand suffered as the previous boss, Mark Keighery led the team of workers with a strong vision which had to be adhered too. The Marc vision of a basic range which appealed to the average man was comprised by a new management which led the brand to a high fashion image. Unfortunately consumer did not bite, resulting in massive losses for the fashion retailer. Mark Keighry now works for the Oroton group and has used his entrepreneurial
skills to further his career in other areas, including management role. Marc
